Property-specific service
A useful AMC starts with a defined asset and responsibility map.
An annual maintenance contract, often shortened to AMC, should do more than list broad trade names. It should identify the property, covered assets or areas, planned visit frequency, reporting method, approval limits and work that remains outside the contract.
Friends Facilities Management reviews the requested building-maintenance scope before proposing a recurring arrangement. This protects both parties from unclear expectations and helps separate included planned work from chargeable materials, specialist repairs, replacements or projects that need separate approval.
What the scope can organise
Identify the systems, equipment or common areas that the proposed contract is expected to cover.
Set suitable inspection or servicing intervals based on the agreed property scope and operating context.
Define how faults are reported, assessed, assigned, escalated and recorded throughout the contract period.
State exclusions, consumables, materials, specialist work and separate-approval requirements before work begins.
The final service, frequency, price, responsibilities and exclusions are confirmed only in an accepted written scope. General website information does not replace a property assessment or formal technical advice.
